About the Manatee 3pt Shootout
Manatee 3pt Shootout is a one-day fundraising event on [Date] where Manatee County High School Basketball Teams will compete in a three-point competition at the [Location]. Their goal is to make as many three pointers in 90 seconds as possible. Through each players' network, solicited donors make a financial pledge per three-pointer made to help raise funds to benefit the specific High School basketball team, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

On average, participants make 12 threes in 30 attempts. Results may vary.
Event Details
When: April 22nd | 8:00 AM
Where: Local Golf Course
Format: Each participant will compete in round one of the three-point contest. They will have 90 seconds to shoot 25 three-point shots, five from five different locations. The last ball at each location will be a Moneyball counted as two if made. At the end of the twenty-five shots or time allotted, score will be calculated adding up all made shots.
Competiton:
Round One: All 108 participants
Round Two: Top 60 scorers from round one
Round Three: Top 18 scorers from round two
Round Four: Top 6 scorers from round three
Round Five: Top two scorers from round four
*Ties will be broken by time of completions. (Ex: two ballers made 9 shots. Times were 75 seconds vs 68 seconds. The baller who completed the shots in the faster time, 68 seconds, will advance.)
