Emerging Leaders Experience

In our society today, students face unprecedented challenges. Among which are poverty of vision, poverty of spirit and poverty of opportunity. The FCA Emerging Leader Experience is committed to the process of empowering students to lead effectively and dream God-sized dreams.

We are focused on training up the next generation to love Biblically, serve sacrificially and lead boldly wherever God directs them. We are honored to partner with Student Leadership University to provide this world-class leadership journey. The ELE sessions take place monthly throughout the school year, and conclude with a powerful trip, varying in location each year.

Mission Statement: Student Leadership University’s mission is to develop and equip student leaders to think, dream, and lead. We strive to instill future tense thinking; character-driven decision making; ownership of biblical values; and a commitment to influence through service.

Student Leadership University is all about providing opportunities for young believers to develop into capable, confident leaders that will change the world. Through tentpole events, dynamic speakers, and career opportunities, we teach the next generation to Think, Dream, and Lead.
