    Get ready to join the dynamic world of  a Full-Time Area Representatives! These energetic and enthusiastic leaders are the backbone of FCA's mission, serving up to three High Schools and three Middle Schools with a relentless passion for engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches, athletes, and volunteers.


    Partnering with the Area Director, the Full-Time Area Representative is the driving force behind implementing and sustaining a vision-based staffing plan to take FCA's ministry to the next level. With a focus on both on-campus and off-campus sports environments, the Representative is constantly striving to grow and expand the ministry within their assigned context.

    With a focus on serving the State College of Florida, this individual is a dynamic leader who leads FCA ministry to coaches and athletes both on and off-campus. As part of the Vision-Based Staffing Plan, this individual develops and implements strategies to grow the ministry and make a lasting impact.

  • Part Time Admin Assistant

    Get ready to be part of something bigger! As the Administrative Assistant for the FCA field office, you'll play a crucial role in accomplishing the FCA mission and vision, while also embodying the FCA Core Values in all ongoing work.


    But that's not all - this isn't just a job, it's a ministry. As a ministerial team member, you'll be responsible for critical duties that help to shape the spiritual development of our staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes.


    You'll lead the way by following a spiritual rhythm, including daily prayer and Bible study, so that you can seek the Lord's will for FCA. And as you model this commitment to spiritual growth, you'll provide spiritual leadership to those around you, equipping them to serve others.

  • Character Coach - Volunteer

    Do you have a passion for discipleship? Do you have a passion for area school sports?


    Local Middle Schools and High Schools need Character Coaches to encourage, disciple, and LOVE their sports teams. In this role, you have the opportunity to mentor and spiritually lead young people in your community!

  • Internships

    Job Description

    The Internship experience is designed to develop student athletes in discerning their calling and career while introducing them to various aspects of ministry through FCA. FCA Interns are collegiate volunteers who engage through FCA in a learning and developmental ministry experience during a summer or a semester. Interns who are serving through FCA are not employees and do not receive compensation by the hour or for production of their work. Interns serving with FCA may receive a nominal stipend for living related expenses during the course of the internship.


    FCA internship experiences vary from location to locations; however, the primary goal of each internship is to develop the intern's understanding of his/her individual calling to ministry through related training and experience.     MINISTERIAL DUTIES

    These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. FCA expects all functions and responsibilities outlined below to be carried out with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.

    • Agree with, and abide by, FCA's Christian Community Statement.
    • Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for FCA.
    • Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example so they are equipped to serve others.
    • Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
    • Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs (see FCA's Christian Community Statement) at all times.
